I asked this same question to my parents and they started laughing...they told me might as well wish for a million dollars lol
Don't get me wrong, its not imposible, but is really hard, especially for mexicans
One reasons mexcicans DON'T enter legaly is because you need things you can't get in mexico,
Ext: proof of land and a bank account....now I don't know if you know this but mexicans are POOR and don't have these things.
Second: now you have to live in tijuana so you can get your papers in order witch takes about 2 years. Have you been to tijuana?? I rather just hop the border in that case.
Third: it takes lots of money. I'm not shure how much, but my parents told me around 4-5k. And mexicans only make around $30 a day. So do the math
There's a reason people rather just cross the desert...and its not for there health.

Since more Mexicans are given visas for family than any other country, that tends to erode the visas left for the unskilled from that country. However, there are NAFTA professional visas which give them (and Canadians) an additional leg up on everyone else if they satisfy those requirements. There are also a lot of temporary worker visas given out each year and a ton of those go to Mexicans.

You need to have a good reason to come. Unless you are married to a U.S. citizen, immigration wants to know that you wont be staying in this country, so you need to show them that you are able to make it in your own country. They just make it difficult.
