Phils as in Philadelphia or as in the Philippines?
Military.com is for US citizens or residents and for recruitment and information purposes for US citizens and residents so if your from the Philippines then thats why you can't log in.

As you have seen, you'll need to have a proper zip code to log in.

just put in a random 5 digit number and it'll work!
