Great question!
God is teaching me now that God is much more than I could imagine, and that God's love is bigger, deeper and more inclusive than I could imagine.
I have been learning this as I have become more inclusive and intentional in being inclusive, including, loving, etc.
God is also showing me (again) how life is filled with patterns and seasons, and is helping me recognize patterns and seasons of my life, how they interact with the patterns and seasons in the lives of others, and how amazing it is when the Holy spirit transcends conflicting patterns and seasons and still brings about love and unity.
I know that's vague -- but what God is teaching me right now is so HUGE that I haven't yet been able to get my mind around it...

Daily sacrifice of self interests seems to be my current curriculum. Truly laying down my life (the things that I want to do) and learning to focus more on the needs of those around me. Blessings.

I second the whole self-discipline thingie ... and can I say I hate it? lol Teaching me to control myself when it comes to my kids and money is hard to do, I want to spoil 'em rotten. But I know, I know, I can't.

He's teaching me the same thing he always teaches me: no matter how much I know, there's always MORE to know. There's always someone who can teach me something, and always someone who can learn from me.

..... that I am "pleasing unto HIM' because I love HIM and I am going to abide with Him and His children who are already with HIM in Paradise. I feel closer to GOD than I ever have in my life.
