hip and leg joint pain moderate to severe, runs down leg all the way to foot, calf has started feeling numb to touch and just above the ankle, down into the foot tingly feeling that gets worse when standing for awhile

Could be anything from entrapped nerve in back or muscle to knee and ankle or blood clot, let alone arterial disease due to cholesterol. Therefore go to the Doc and get it checked. Good Luck.

This sounds like it is coming from your back, it could be a nerve...I would go to the doctor - especially if this it has been going on for a while. With the numbness and tingly feelings in calf and foot - that does not sound good.....
I would make an appointment and get it checked soon...
