Split Ends and What to Do About Them
Once you have split ends, you can't truly mend them or completely repair them, however there are a good number of products you can use and ways to treat them.

First of all, when you wash your hair, be sure to use conditioner and a good spray on conditioner is a great way to keep your hair moisturized so you can avoid getting split ends. Use a shampoo that is gentle and has a conditioner. Also use a spray leave in conditioner to further keep your hair from drying out.

Don't comb your hair when it is wet. Many people make the mistake of pulling a comb or brush roughly through their hair when it is wet and hair is broken and damaged. Natural bristle brushes are made to not pull your hair or break it off when you brush through it.

Cool it with the curling irons. If you are still using a metal curling iron, make the switch to the hair friendly ceramic styling tools. Your hair will thank you for it.

If you happen to live in a hot and sunny environment, be sure to use a shampoo with a sunscreen included in the ingredients. Additionally, wear a hat when you're going to be out in the sun for any length of time. If you swim, cover your hair with a haircap as chlorine and other pool chemicals can dry out your hair and leave it vulnerable for damage.

If do you wind up with split ends, the only sure cure is to have them trimmed off. Have the split ends cut just above where the split on the end stops on the hair shaft. This will stop the hair from splitting upwards any further.

After getting your split ends trimmed, be sure to take care of your hair and you won't have to deal with split ends on your hair any longer!

The only way to really get rid of split ends is to cut them off. I don't know how long your hair is but if you can spare an inch or two it will probably make your hair look a whole lot healthier. In the mean time look for a good shampoo that can help like Pantene.

Ihad realy bad split ends but didn't want to cut my hair because I'm growing it out, so my friend got me this Sunsilk Hydra TLC maks in a pink utb. I've used it only a few times, but my splint ends are virtually gone. I can't explain it, but I'm keeping this product forever. And I think it's only like $4
Hope this helps :]

Regular trimming and not so much heat, i.e., curling irons, flat irons, high heat hair drying.

-Protect your hair if you ever use curling irons, straighteners, or blow dryers.
-Use leave in conditioner so the ends don't seem as dry.
-Get a straight perm (Japanese Yuko system only, won't damage hair)
-Snip them off.
