I think this question has been answered before, but: in any alloy framed firearm, it is not a good idea to fire many +P or +P+ rounds. It will shorten the life of the firearm. If you contact any manufacturer, they are going to tell you no, because of liability to them if the firearm fails. If you were to load the mag with +P rounds just to be used for self defense, it might not hurt anything BUT, I want to make sure everyone understands that if you have to use the firearm for self defense, and you shoot someone with +P or +P+ loads, some hot shot anti gun lawyer is gonna represent, the "victim" or his family. They are going to get a jury of anti gunners, or people ignorant of firearms, and he is going to tell them how you are evil because you didn't settle for shooting the poor misunderstood victim with regular bullets, Oh No, you had to shoot him with special "man killer" bullets which means you are a lousy low life degenerate who wanted to kill somebody....Yadda...Yadda...Yadda. And you are going to lose a multi million dollar lawsuit. It is much more defensable if you contact you local law enforcement and find out what ammo they use. Or, you can use T.A.P. by hornady, or one of the other standard loads.
Shoot safe

I *suspect* it's ok to use +P in a Para, but suggest you call them first and confirm it. Gunblast.com used various +P loads in their test of the Tac-Five.
