You need to take the dog to the vet. There are a lot of different reasons for these symptoms.Any time an animal stops eating or drinking is cause for concern.

put some Kayro syrup on her gums every couple hours until tomorrow when you get her to the vet.
she may also be dehydrated & need IV or sub Q fluids. dont let her drink water - that justs makes her throw up more - let her lick ice cube

please take her to the vet she could have only a sensitive stomach or something more serious like parvious gantis (Parvo) please take my advice small dogs go fast , trust me I'm an animal rescue agent and see this happen often
