If given a chance, would you sacrifice yourself to end all the suffering in the world (like hunger, abuse, diseases, wars, political corruption?) But you won't be allowed to die just yet, you would have to stand weeks of incredible amounts of physical pain and torturing for all of our sins... If you choose not to do it, the world would stay the same....

I don't think I'm noble enough to pull off a stunt like that. While the offer appeals to the "death to self" and "self sacrifice" part of my faith, I know my own heart's weakness and anger. I doubt I could stand the trial.

I would also be suspicious of anybody making such an offer! The "sacrificial lamb" that God offered was Himself: perfect in every way, and therefore able to make atonement for (stand in the place of) the ones about to recieve punishment. I don't qualify. Anybody offering to use me as a metaphorical punching bag has other motives, and is therefore not trustworthy.

For both of the above reasons, I would refuse the deal. It is bogus. At least for me!

I don't know what planet you live on, but on Earth nothing changed after Jesus 'died to save the world'. All the things you just mentioned are still here, and thriving. Maybe on an individual basis, people's lives get better...but as a whole, this is not the case.

Jesus Christ has already died for our sins,so that if we accept this gift of salvation we won't burn in hell forever....talking about an enormous amount of pain.

No and I wouldn't be asked to because I'm not perfect. Only One who was perfect could have done such a thing and His name is Jesus.

God bless!

Yes. Who wouldn't?

Edit: well, apparently there are at least 2 people who wouldn't. How sad is that?
