A very good idea.

While we're at it, it's a UTERECTOMY, women do not have "hysteria" that needs to be removed. (except perhaps when they are changing light-bulbs ;) )

I don't think so. Even if I don't believe (in fact vehemently so), I like the poetic joke. As if the apple is caught in your throat. I don't take it too seriously.
