Regarding asking for your money back, it would depend on how it was given and for what. If it was a loan then sure I'd give it back, probably with a nice card or a tiny gift or even interest. If you asked for your money back right after you gave it to me as a loan I would balk because I probably would have used it for something and then would not be in a position to "immediately" return it, but even though that would create hard feelings, eventually and when I got the money I'd repay you. Maybe the concern at hand should be that you should not lend money unless you have extra and would not be needing it for a while, My mother taught me never to loan money unless I had no plans of seeing it returned at all, but if it were returned then I should be grateful. My thought on this would be "never loan money unless you write up a contract first" and have everyone sign it.

Why would you give me money in the first place? And if you gave it to me, why do you want it back? Y ou had better think of better questions at which time you might earn a star.
