Not even the fastest horse runs a mile in 1:35 seconds. The fastest mile a human has ever ran was 3:43.14 set by Hicham El Guerrouj of Morocco. So, given the 2:00min head start the horse would still beat a human by at least 7 seconds.

thus man has to do it in 3:35 -3:40 not gunna happen
