What is the shinzen please? I mean I know its the symbolic center of the training hall..but what else?

I think I am missing something here.

You need to provide more info.

Shin means "heart" and Zen means "mind".

I've never heard the center of the training hall being called anything in particular.

Maybe you are doing one of those "ninja" arts?
