Honestly, I usually say who gives a dam what people say about you! I guess it really boils down to the situation and weather that person is close to you or not. I will still stick with I dont give a S**T still what they have to say. Everyone has their own a oponion and it won't effect me the least bit. As long as you know what you did is right then who care what they have to say...

Just when I think I'm liberated of someone else's judgment towards me, I often find myself trying to correct their opinions about me. Deep inside, we're all afraid of people's opinions towards ourselves, no matter how much we deny or proclaim that we don't care or give a damn. The very least, a little bit.

It's just human nature to be afraid of being judged, that's all. The safest thing to say is that, it depends on who's opinion it is and what the opinion is about.

Yes, to a degree. I think most people do. That's why they fix their hair and makeup, and put on clean clothes. Otherwise we wouldn't care what we looked like, or what we smelled like.

But, I don't let their opinion make or break my day. I am self confident. I try to look the best I can for ME as much as anyone else.

If it's a total stranger's opinion of me, I could care less. If it's a family member (especially my spouse), my boss or co workers then I tend to care.

i care, but i really care when they go around telling other people their opinions about me. like my MIL. We can all say that we don't care, but sometimes it's hard not to care.
