Yes it's Biblical. The death penalty was established as a human judicial law by the God Yahweh Himself and is one of His Mosaic Laws which many of these laws were judicial laws for a country to run it's government by. It's purpose was to both remove the law breaking individual from society and scare the rest of the people into controlling their actions or else the same would happen to them. Yahweh Himself is being quoted in The Bible speaking and teaching this death penalty law to Moses after the Israelites exodus from being slaves of Egypt. The death penalty was and still is considered a justified killing of a convicted criminal and not an act of murder in the eyes of our God.

Interesting. When they are caught 'laying together' before marriage? If they're caught in adultery with another man's embryo ?
Quite interesting theoretical complications.

Oh what a web we weave, when we struggle to conceive.

I shouldn't've, but I burst out laughing coz of your name. Now that I've read the question and considered its implications, I've stopped laughing, and would like to say the bible has nothing to say about FROZEN embryos.

But...I don't think it would be very nice of you to stone one. And I'm in a mood tonight, so Marissa, you're going to meet your karmic hell one of these days for saying that.

The Bible is more likely to protect innocent life than kill innocent life.

I would assume if they work on the sabbath, they should be stoned to death.

Yes, they should always be stoned, but only after being circumsised.

Frozen embryos, stoned to death? If an embryo is frozen then wouldn't it already be dead?

You can stone them, but because they are so small you would have to use Kidney Stones.
