The environment because we can get plenty of money from it.. oil, coal, wood, minerals...... Yes, the environment.

having said that tho, I do recycle, never litter and have respect for the environment in general.
ALSO - stop acting like a bible basher. Caring about money does not make you selfish. People depend on money to survive, to eat, to pay their rent/mortages, to pay for health care, to give gifts.

i am a veteran.
i am disabled. and unable to work.
i live on $910 a month
i am disabled due to trichloroethylene exposure in the US Navy.
the VA will not recognize that trichloroethylene exposure caused my disorders. even through the EPA says it does.
you try to live on $ 910 a month. pay rent, utiltys, car insurance, car repairs so that you can get to the doctors (150 miles one way to the doctors that can treat my disorders) food,
and you calling ME selfish, a**h**e
i also am a ex wild lands firefighter and have done more to protect the environment then you will ever do.
get your wild lands firefighter card and spend a year on the fireline. wimp

i care more about the money
but i have been working over 35 years with things related to the Environment ,making parks ,gardens developing eco tourist places ,and advocating Permaculture ,and talked to many kids about Environment awareness or Farmers about sustainable Farming .

Money. I care a little about the environment too, but not if it will cost me money. I need money to eat, pay the mortgage and so on, so it is not greed. And I need to support my family, so it is not selfish. My family and I will not be homeless and starving just to please you.
