Absolutely. That, and intentionally exclude relevant facts, which is a lie when done with the intent to deceive. Even some people who have answered "yes" here seem to have been guilty of this. =(

They aren't lying to get converts, but all people passionate about something tend to go a little too fast in making their point convincing. However, I did hear a student of Islam say that the Koran or Hadith encourages them to 'lie to the infidel'. If anyone lies about facts on anything, they need to be corrected. Why are you targeting Christians? That's as disturbing as your accusation.

I don't tell lies about other religions I just state the truth about Christianity.

Jesus said- I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE, NO MAN CAN COME TO THE FATHER EXCEPT THROUGH ME.

I really think the question should read= why do other religions spread lies about themselves.

There is no other god, except Him.

You can believe anything you want, there is freedom of religion, but the only true freedom is found in Christ.

Yes, they do it all the time. My cousin was once a very open minded young women, now she is a born again, and her beliefs and open mindedness have vanished. She used to be respectful of other peoples faith but now she is like if its not the way her church is then its no good. She puts down others faith with no real knowledge of what they believe. I miss my old cousin.

Hell, they tell lies about their OWN religion, so why not others?

And by that I mean all religions. Including Christianity, which tries to claim it is not a religion.

Of course they do. Convenient, isn't it? Pity they're disobeying their own 10 commandments when they do it so they aren't exactly a glowing example of Christianity.
