It will happen when all the holy ones, or the remaining ones of the 144,000 who have been bought from the earth to serve as kings and priests with Christ Jesus have been sealed.
By being sealed, they are guaranteed their place in heaven as one of Christs brothers.

Life is organized matter, it takes energy to maintain its complexity. Life will always pop up where the conditions allow. The sun will destroy the earth, and eventually we'll all get sucked into the giant black hole in the center of the galaxy- everything will stop. But somewhere else in the universe, where the conditions will allow- matter will organize into a complexity similar to what we experience here and now. Life on earth will be completely destroyed eventually, even if we escape our sun and go to some other solar system, eventually everything will die. So people should stop whining about 2012 and all that garbage- I like your question.

supposedly it will end in 2012. all according to the mayan calendar (calendar from a tribe from Guatemala).
but we know they dont have a better chance of predicting the end of the earth anymore than native americans made it rain with their dance.

No one in this world can predict the year of such ending.
World will exist and you should pray that 2009-2087 should be far better than 2007.
