The current limit is 2,475 sins. However, Congress is close to passing a bill that would increase the limit to 2,800 sins.

Well, according to the churches of Christendom, a person can sin, ask for forgiveness, sin again, ask for forgiveness and keep this up till they die and still go to heaven. That is not at all how it works. God would never allow those who practice sin into heaven. Those who are resurrected to life in God's heavenly government will be co-rulers with God's Son. They will be priests and judges over the earth. Why would God want judges and priests who showed such disregard towards his righteous laws while they were alive here on earth? The answer is plain and simple . He wouldn't---and I would not want such ones to be rulers or judges over me. God is merciful and forgiving, but to sin over and over again when you know what is right, and to put God to the test is what the Bible calls "blasphemy against the holy spirit" and that is the one sin that God will not forgive.

depends on what u believe. If your catholic then you can sin as many times as you want and say seven hale mary's and everything will be okay. If your a christian then you may still sin as much as you want if you ask for forgiveness. Then your subject to "degrees of heaven". The more you sin the lesser the heaven you will receive.

God will forgive you (as many times as you sin) as long as the sin is not a continuing lifestyle without any genuine repentance.
Lip service does not count. True repentance counts. True repentance means you do your best to not repeat that sin.
Cordially,
John

If you are truly repentant in your heart and pray to Jehovah God to forgive you, you can be forgiven. We all sin everyday, even if we don't know know it. Just be rest assured that you can be forgiven as many times as needed, as long as you are REPENTANT.

As many times as you sin, Christ can forgive those sins through his great atonement. He has power to forgive. Now, if the same exact sin is being repeated over and over, one would have to question the sincerity of the sinner and whether or not he/she is truly repenting each time. To repent, one needs to "forsake" the sin and commit to not doing it again. If it is repeated, one can repent again, but the more times the same sin is committed, one's sincerity comes into question.

as many as needed, as least until one starts knowingly doing wrong expecting that all things are forgiven...
unless you serve cod, then the only 'sin' about is catching fish and not eating it.

Well, if you sin, and ask God for forgiveness, and truly mean it he will forgive you always. But don't go sinning because you know you will be forgiven.

Excelent question. Forgivness only comes after repentance. It is possible through the atonement of Jesus Christ.
To repent, one must feel sincere guilt enough to regret his or her sin. If one continues in the sin, can he or she truly say they regret it?

If you're truly sorry for your sin and ask for forgiveness, you'll be forgiven. Just mean it and don't do it again.
