I deliver frozen food to stores being in and out of my truck could this cause chilblains on my toes?

Will workers comp take care of any medical bills?

Do you wear steel toed shoes. are they required. that could be the reason.

I would say that most likely you could get worker's comp for that. I know someone who got frostbite at a company picnic in the summertime in FL related to a icecream eating contest (no spoons, and they had to use their hands). He was out on workman's comp for quite some time.
