What happens when the police send in the k9 to search a suspicious car, and while the dog is searching, lets say the dog poops or pees in the suspect's car, will the police officer clean it up, what would happen?

The answer to that question would be no. You will have to clean the vehicle

They will not clean it up. The owner will be left to clean up the mess.

These are highly trained dogs. I don't think that is likely to happen.

they would not allow the dog to pee or poop in the car ... it would potential destroy evidence
