Your first cousin's child would be your first cousin once removed.
Your child and your cousin's children would be second cousins.

The titles "first", "second", "third", etc. apply to cousins of the same generation. If you have a seperation of generations, then you add "removed" to it. For example, you and your first cousin are the same generation, (descended from your grandparents) your cousin's child is a generation removed from yours, so you would add "once removed" to the title of first cousin. If your first cousin once removed then had a child, that child would then be your first cousin TWICE removed. Once you have a child, your child and your cousin's child are again the same generation (descended from your grandparents), and they would be second cousins.
