I guess I consider a boyfriend or girlfriend somebody that you go out on dates with. My little brother has a "girlfriend", but they never talk, and they've never been on a date.
I say when you can drive, or when your parents are willing to drive you and your girlfriend to a date.

IDK.......Mayb around............15-16,Bcuz every1 isn't the same wen it cums 2 dating,and every1 feelins aren't the same,n otherwards i wuld say after the person has heard about experiences of dating or wenever that person thnk they are ready.Its nothing 2 rush n2,like sex,wait until ur ready and dnt let no1 else tell u otherwise!!!

the later the better but the earlier the more xperienced for you. my friends were play acting bf and gf when they were 6 .
for me I was a late bloomer. it was 18.
