We're both in high school, and he's extremely religious, while I'm agnostic. Other than that, we have a lot in common, and I really enjoy his company, but he doesn't want a relationship. "Relationships? There's no time for relationships in high school!" He said this to someone else in a teasing voice, but I think he was being serious.

The logical side of me knows he's absolutely right, but at the same time, I feel like I've met the perfect guy... and I can't do anything about it. How do I get over him? Any thoughts?

This guy probably has alot of the qualities you are looking for but he's not the only one in the world that will meet your expectations. Believe me I've been in the same boat and I know It's difficult to move on. You will find someone with these qualities you are wanting.

I suggest you try to be his friend w/o bringing

love into the friendship always say to yourself

(if you really want to be with him) That you

have to keep it 'professional' if he doesn't want

a gf for now I think it's better to have a friend

for life than not to & who knows if he really

likes you like you say he might just hook up

with you after Classess are over or in the very

near future.

Good luck

I think honestly that two people who one belives in god and one that doesnt, i dont think you guys would work.

Religion is a big part in any relationship and it may cause problems later on down the road. What would his family think or yours?

If he doesnt want a relationship right now then that is fine, i wouldn't push it.

Just be friend with him, continue to establish a relationship of trust with him. It will probably take a little time but it will work.
