for the people in line outside of target, do they hand out tickets to people or no?

Depends....I know they did one year when they had laptops on sale for really cheap and they only had a certain amount so they handed out tickets for how many ever they had for sale to the first X number of people in line who were wanting the laptops and only those with a ticket could buy the laptop. But, unless it's something like that, I think it's just get in line until the doors are open.

Wow, I never heard of Target giving tickets to people outside , they shouldn't even thought it might be so packed that it will look like a train in the morning.
