area in South Kihei Maui. Any feedback recommendations or tips and ticks about this area would be aprreciated Im considering satyinfg at the Kamaole Sands Resort

I stayed at the Kamaole Sands 3 years ago. Our unit was really nice -- very well decorated. Each unit will differ as they have different owners. The beaches across the street are nice but Wailea Beach is by far the best on that part of Maui! Just drive down the road a short bit to Wailea Beach. It's gorgeous but pretty crowded.

I believe it is Kamaole. Kihei, in general, is not a very high end area. You will find plenty of good places to stay, but they won't be as fancy as the Wailea or Kaanapali resort areas. I cannot speak specifically to the Kamaole Sands, but I have stayed at other places in the general area & have had a good time there.
