When both of my calfes cramped up badly at the same time, i stretched and it went away, I couldnt walk for a few days that well. Its been over a month and I am still having issues, like little spasms and some discomfort and pain. Since I cramped I have taken a mutli vitamin daily, I drink a ton of water, and started excercising, and then eventually quit smoking, but I dont understand why my calfes still are uncomfortable. Did I severely tear something? I was told that it can take time to repair, but this is getting annoying, please help!!

Depending on how long you were smoking, the damage can take a long time to mend.

Are you taking extra potassium or perhaps b-complex? After being very ill once, I found I had to do that to stop my legs from cramping.

You may want to check the circulation in your legs: The nicotine in cigarettes tends to really do a number on your blood vessels, especially the finer ones.

Good luck! You should see improvement soon, with everything else you're doing!
