I come to R&S to show non-Muslims the reality of Islam as there are so many people have a wrong image of Islam, and for sure this has affected me positively, when one talks about something, anything, sincerely, their belief in it increases much bigger.

Because there are still some people on here who have legitimate questions to ask, or want an opinion. And that is the reason I first came to Yahoo Answers. I wanted to help if I could and learn what I did not know. I have learned that there are a lot more people then I first thought, who like to disrespect people because of religion, non belief, race and cultures. But as I said there are still a lot on here who I enjoy their questions and answers, even if we disagree with each other about about things. I think that at times it has affected me in the wrong way. I have at times given a rude answer my self, because of the way the question was worded, and I have regretted the rudeness, and how I worded the answer, but not the message of the answer.

I actually came on here thinking I could encourage, and be encouraged, with other believers of Jesus Christ. I have been quite shocked of the cruel and sick, twisted things people will say to another, I am mostly sickened by how some will talk about our Lord, so I am gonna stay awhile anyway, and be a witness for the One whom I am thankful for, for everything I have, mostly my Salvation. Standing For Him ,no matter what others say.

Entertainment. Curiosity. Boredom. Depends on my mood at the time I get on. And since being here, I have found a few interesting people who seem to be more real than most of the one's floating around here. =)

i come here for two reasons - an awareness of spirituality that i take seriously - a real search for knowledge of myself, others, the world and god....

AND to bait the arrogant, the ignorant, the 'holier than thou' and the just plain nuts people who ALSO post and answer here! V entertaining!!

as to change? i've corresponded with some from here that have broadened my view of churches(ok, ok, they're not ALL full of pedo's, divs and religious-certainty-addicts..not ALL of them!)....found some very cool people that have clarified my own thinking about god and christ...and, i think, have genuinely had my life enriched which is cool!

=)

Because I'm interested in religion, especially Christianity, and believe I have something to offer the people who are asking questions. Plus, I have some questions of my own.

To learn, to teach, to debate and spread the word on how evil Chat Speak is in adult conversations. Good question, by the way. No offense, I know a lot of people are taking short cuts with the language.
