How can i lighten my skin?

I am indian, and have very dark skin on my face. How do i make it return to its original color?

stay out of the sun. Make sure you wear sunblock and/or a hat. I used to have a indian friend and she never wanted to get darker either. You should be proud of who you are

where do you live? if you are outside a lot, i'd say put on some sunblock every day. this should keep your skin from turning darker.
