I know I've read quotes like this before, but I can't remember exactly how they were said or who said them

I'm looking for quotes that basically express the sentiment "The best way for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing" or "Seeing evil and not doing anything is just as bad as/worse than committing the evil"

I need this for an art project. Can anyone help?
