No, there's nothing unethical about it. Remember, it was an offer - you have the right to accept or reject. If you reject, be kind about it though!

It's the same if a woman rejected a man, however women tend to be more sensitive about it because of the intensified amount of risk in asking a guy out. You may want to consider going on the date anyway- you're not expected to pay if you aren't the one asking out, and then you could avoid the rejection conversation altogether.

No. Most boys don't like women. Try older guys. Men like women. Also, if the age difference is great enough then that would be discouraging. Men have the same rights to accept or reject an offer that women have.
