In most cases By the time a mother rights have been terminated, all means have been exerted. Therefore you would not be able to get your rights back with he past children. As for future children there would need to be a lot of work, passing drug test, therapy and more.

Now if you were not give a fair chance, hhmm it may depend on how long ago it was and how fast you act apon it. And getting yourself on your feet and cleaned up. Most of the time once the rights are terminated the child is adopted out if not adopt to another family member.

The qa is too bold. With out more info on when, why, and what all has been done. its hard to say. how many kids and more.

Maybe there still in foster care! Who knows..
talk to a lawyer asap and get your life right before
