Actually, the Constitution says nothing about separation of church and state. It only says that the government can't establish a "state" religion, and the expression of one's religion can't be restricted.
Anyway, when was the last time a law was put in place that was based solely on Christianity? Furthermore, did ALL Christians vote for it?
I can't say whether or not those who vote laws into effect are disobeying God, though.

We are told to "render unto Cesar what is Cesar's and to God what is God's"
As a Christian, I will obey the laws of my country so long as it does not cause me to break the laws of God. Seperating Church and State does not do that at all. Legalizing abortion does not do that (I will simply choose to have nothing to do with it). The US is a Democratic Republic. By definition, we are not homogonous and there is no intent in the constitution to have one religion. Yes, we are all free to express our own free will in our belief system. That also includes me encouraging you to check out true Christianity through the Bible as it really will provide many of the answers to your life's questions.
It is also not my place to overthrow my government as that would be illegal and, as a Christian, I will submit to my authority to the point where it does cause me to betray or disobey God, and living in America allows me to express and grow in my faith.
So, no, there is no disobediance in following the laws of the US and following the commandments of my Lord.
Hope that clarifies things a bit.
Also as a Christian, we should not be spending all of our time trying to get the Government to "do our bidding", especially in America. Unlike the fundamentalist nations, like Iran, Sudan, etc, where the religion is the government, the US is not.

WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION IS 'SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE'??? I DARE you to find it. IT's NOT THERE~!!! That's just a Liberal lie and a tool used to bash Christians with. Thomas Jefferson didn't even HAVE anything to do with the creation of the Constitution, other than writing the preamble, which also 'guarantees' the right to LIFE. So what about abortion??? Huh???

The bible says to submit to authority but the bible also states that any law that goes against God is null and void.

Please look up the Constitution and show me where there is separation of church and state.
God's laws are the highest authority. His ways and laws precede what any human government can contrive. If it doesn't interfere or go against God's laws or will, we must obey man's laws. If it goes against God, Christian are called to obey God, not man. Abortion is one of them.

Any Christian who believes that Christ was a GOD is disobeying the first commandment of the One true GOD. I know Jehovah's witnesses do not do this, but many others do. Catholics are worse, they worship the dead saints and mother of Jesus as idols too!
