Your ideal weight is up to you. It's okay to eat ice cream and junk food, but in moderation. If you want to lose weight quickly I suggest trying the Cabbage Soup Diet. You drop weight really quickly, but it will come back on eventually. It's only used for a "quick fix" so be careful with it.

Starving is a myth people don't lose weight like that anyways because your body holds the fat to keep you alive. The best way is to cut your calories and exercise, like for instance if you consume 2500 calories and day then if you cut it to 2000, or 1500 you are guaranteed to lose weight, because the 2500 is what your body needs to maintain your weight. The ideal weight is probably around 130-145 something like that, it differs between people because of your body type. Happy Thanksgiving and good luck!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

drink 8 gasses of water daily, eat 3 meals a day or 5 small meals throughout the day and eat heathy foods such as salads and veggies but follow Canada's food guide for healthy eating

EASY just walk everyday powerwalk you can still eat what u like just eat what u like a little less but
as long as you exersice your fine!
