I use sunbeds quite a bit but this weekend ive booked my appointment but ive got cramps, isit okay to use a sunbed if your on your period?
Anyone got any tips?

yep I just wear protection and take along a small bottle of bleach and water I spray the beds whether Im on or off

To answer your question Yes.
But...do you know the risks involved with using these things. Melanoma (cancer) is deadly and its been proven that sunbed/solarium's increase your chances by over 100%. Why dont u try a spray on tan. Its less harmful to your skin and the quality of spray on tan has improved enormously over the last couple of years. Good Luck.

Yes it is, just use a tampon. Actually the heat from the bed easies your cramps, so while your in the tanning bed you feel no pain..lol. Have a good one and Happy Thanksgiving!

It's totally fine to be on the sun bed while you're on your period. Sun beds won't effect your period in any way, it's mostly rumours and heresay.

i have never heard any reason why not to tan during this time.
