NASCAR does need to get a better handle on how they enforce their rules. Did you see the other two series, also. How about throwing a yellow when a truck spins and gets going again, but not throwing it 5 laps later when 2 truck wreck on the back stretch? I used to watch everyrace, and go to at least one a year. I haven't seen an entire race in the last 2 years (not counting this years Daytona 500, DirecTV gave free Hotpass). WAKE UP NASCAR!!! You are just gonna push more old fans away.

First off, had the yellow did wave, people would be complaining that NASCAR didnt allow the leaders to race for a win, and say Harvick was cheated out of a win. That situation, they were damned if they did, and damned if they didnt.
Some rules, regarding penalties and such, I think they do enforce the rules differently, but newsworthy to a point where an all out investagation is needed? Not yet.

nascar rules have always been open to interpretation depending on who was doing what.they've cheated martin out of at least one champ.and probably 2.they do this on purpose so they can manipulate the out come of races and ultimately championships.depending on politics and financial support.look how they changed the yellow flag rule at least 50 times this season alone[if Hendricks teams were out front now flag even for wrecks but if someone else was out front and hendricks needed to catch up then there would be a flag for a piece of paper or some other fathom debris.]people have tried to get nascar to set firm rules that werent open to interpretation but they refuse because that would eliminate their control over the out come of races and championships.

Nascar has a set of riles for Hendrick`s driver, and another set of rules for the rest of them. and 100% of the time if its a question against a Hendrick`s driver, it usually goes their way.
One thing i would like to see is a 25 point award to the poll winner, only if he earns it, another words if the qualifing is rained out the points leader gets the poll, but not the 25 points, the qualifing has to be completed in order to earn the points.
another rule change all drivers not guaranteed a starting position ( not in top 35) all should qualify one after another either before the rest of the field or after the rest of the field.
and finally, that last 10 race chase sucks, lets go back to the regular 36 week schedule.

Yes!
Dose anyone care that the crew chief for Nextel Cup champion Jimmie Johnson had been suspended for six weeks this season for rule violations? I think it should.
Considering it was his fourth suspension in six years should bug everyone. Something must be done about this.
I don't like cheaters so before you call me hater of the #48 team it's because they cheat. No more, no less.

It seems NASCAR needs to Police its own house before setting rules.
NASCAR decides and controls the out come of races. NASCAR is doomed to fail if they do not change.
They even reward a cheater caught twice in two years.

The way I understand the rules, when the caution comes out
the field is frozen-no racing back to the line< I remember the race and taped it i need to dig it out and look again ( but it will all be in vain- SIR Brian has made his ruling nothing will change.
