Then we had different lesson gave me a huge hug. On monday we had a school trip and for most of it we were holding hands, but one of my close friends spoke to him and he said he only likes me as a friend should i just move on ?

Having had quite a number of relationships over the years, I can tell you sincerely that the longer you have someone as a real friend, the better (and longer!) your relationship will be! If you try to force a relationship on someone who isn't interested, you will just send them running for a friendship with less commitment issues and responsibilities.

Good luck!

P.S: The MOST attractive person in the world is someone who loves themselves! Sounds selfish, but on the long road of life you will find that it is totally true.

He may just have told your friend this because he was embarrassed about having a crush on you. Hugging could just be a friendly thing to do but hand-holding, in my opinion, signifies that he wants a relationship with you. You should really talk to him, on a one-on-one basis, and see what he has to say, leave the friends out of it...

Give the relationship a chance for heavens sake and don't listen to what everybody else has to say. You need to get this type of information directly from him, not second hand from someone that might be jealous or maybe even wants to get between the two of you.

well the most obvious thing to do is to ask him yourself. if he does like you more than a friend, hey that's pretty sweet. but if he doesn't, no sweat man. just keep being cool with the dude. being sad about it isn't worth it. you never know man; if he doesn't now, he may have feelings for you sooner or later? basically just go with the flow :) no worries girl ;-D

this boy might like-like you but is not comfortable with giving anymore signs just yet. i can tell that u guys r getting to be good friends, and maybe that's just all it is. think of it this way; which would u rather hav, a good friendship, or nothing at all? just take what he gives u;)

Just leave it a while. He is the boy, he should ask you out, if thats what you want. If you would like to go out, carry on and drop hints like ow your so sweet or something

Your friend could be lying about what he said, what he seems to be doing isnt what "friends" do.

On the other hand, she could be telling the truth. He might just not have the confidence to admit it.

No, I think I might just take the chance and ask him how he feels yourself. I think he was just too embarassed to be talking to your friend about it, because it sounds like he likes you.

Don't be in a rush...if he likes you, you'll know soon enough. At your age one can change boy or girlfriends as easily and often as changing your socks
