My day.
breakfast
whole-wheat bagel
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
snack
nature valley bar
lunch
a bowl of cereal, miniwheats, 25 biscuits
then i came home from school..and i was painfully bored.
snack - pear, 4 tbsp peanut butter, another nature valley bar
which is like almost 1500 cals and it's not even supper!!
it's storming so i cant go walking or anything. i usually dont exercize now and Im just trying to maintain weight. >.<

that diet is not healthy at all, it's about 85% carbohydrates and all of those are from processed sources. where is the protein, fruits and vegetables?

Honestly, I don't think you ate terribly. Sure there's a lack of fruits and vegetables, but you still have one more meal to go for the day.

I suggest that you stop worrying about what you ate today. Honestly, some people eat way worse than this.

Have a nutritious dinner. Some lean meat and some vegetables sounds like a good idea to me.

Why can't you go walking in the storm? Is it a blizzard and you'll get lost? Go for a walk, run up and down the stairs 20 times, put some music on and dance. That's how thin people stay thin, they can't sit still. Stop procrastinating.

The worse thing you can do is kick yourself. When most people do that, they just give up on their diet.
Just tell yourself, "O K, so I slipped today. One day isn't going to kill me. Tomorrow I put my shoulder to the wheel and get back on track."

Also what are you talking about..doing something stupid..just carry on.....stop thinking about it. Maybe eat a small dinner.

Do anaerobic exercise.

Do pilates. Do yoga. Jump rope.
