My day.
breakfast
whole-wheat bagel
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana
snack
nature valley bar
lunch
a bowl of cereal, miniwheats, 25 biscuits
then i came home from school..and i was painfully bored.
snack - pear, 4 tbsp peanut butter, another nature valley bar
which is like almost 1500 cals and it's not even supper!!
it's storming so i cant go walking or anything. i usually dont exercize now and Im just trying to maintain weight. >.<
