I really love Cheddar cheese because you can eat it with crackers or apples or plain. Plus it makes a killer Mac and cheese! Oh and I cant forget about cream cheese. Its great on a bagel and you can make cream cheese frosting for any dessert or a delicious cheese cake! Delicious!
