1) Cut out unecessary foods from your diet (chips, sodas, energy drinks--caffine and sodium and blah blah blah, FAST FOOD). Try to have a balanced diet <_<

2) Instead of having just 3 meals a day, have 4 to 6 small ones--like 2 to 3 hours apart. It's like portioning with a twist.

3) Between the meals, drink water to prevent yourself from cravings

4) Do at least 30mins a day (or 2 - 3 days a week, if you're not really in that much of a hurry) of exercise. You'll be amazed at what walking / jogging around the neighborhood can do for you.

5) Change up the exercises every day, focusing on different parts on the body. Try working on your core one day, while possibly running the next; don't forget to stretch!

6) Calorie count while watching what you eat. Carbs may be good to give you energy, but too much could defeat your purpose of trying to lose weight.

7) Get enough sleep every night or day or whatever your schedule is. You might lose motivation if you're too tired to work out.

Feeling sore is good. Feeling Pain is bad. Hope you're performing the exercises correctly and i wish you the best of luck towards your goal!!

Excersise everyday. Eat right- healthy food cut out sodas and junk. You can exersise as much as you want but only doing it for like 10 mins a day wont do you any good. Also you want to make sure your taking in enough water. Take your weight and divide that in half. That answer is the amount of water you should be drinking in ounces. If you start to excersise alot then you need to drink more. Drinking alot of water will not make you heavier. IT will also help you lose a little bit of weight, but the only way to get rid of fat is to workout, and eat healthy.

It is normal to lose 2 pounds per week so if in a month you can lose 8 pounds that would be awesome. If you want a higher standard than go for it. You can lose some weight by reducing your portion size and getting in some exercise such as walking everyday. I am also trying to lose some weight and I have lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks and the reason for that is somewhat due to the Special K diet. I hope that helped. Good luck!

though it may not be the healthiest way, a fast lets you lose weight very quickly.
though be sure to take a vitamin supplement every day if you choose to go on a fast.
there are different kinds of fasts.
a regular fast means refraining from eating all food. a partial fasts involves taking out a specific meal from your day or specific foods from your diet. a full fast involves no food and no water. (this one is very dangerous).
there are also juice fasts and vegetable fasts.
you can look up specific ones online if you're interested.

I fast&detox(fruit&juice ect)for the fist 3-4days.So fist major loss is mainly fluids&toxins.Then hit the exercise(just a little).
Basic,sets of10/ crunches(abs)Squats(butt)stairs(thighs)Push ups(arms).there basic+30 min walk.
I do spot stuff(b/f's gym)my lats=bicep pull/curls.ankles,calves&back of thighs i do with the weights on gym.Add a daily dose of sex(if applicable)not just missionary/really work up a sweat(go all pos)this will get blood/heart pumping&in turn=cardio.
This will have you svelt yet hard as a rock!(in all the right spots)
Cut down(out is best)wheat prods.&starch&carbs+of course processed meats(i dont abolish dairy, have 3serves a day Dieting is B/S,dont need a gym.Grab cans from cupboard to use as weights for bicep curls.Keep good posture(illusion of bigger boobs as well)Just do what feels doable, when you feel the amino acids kick in(the pain/i cant go on...push through this..even for just1more rep. This is a sighn of a proper workout,it's wht u want.
Most of all,have fun,

I agree with Pie Lover........been there did that - this way:

Fast any way big time at every meal....you can lose 20lbs in one month.

Do NOT eat salt, breads, beans, corn (starches and carbohydrates).

Exercise for 30min to 1 hour everyday---preferrably in the morning so that your metabolism will be boosted to buy all the calories you do consume.

I dont care what you do limit yourself to Maximum of 600 calories for the day.

You will love yourself and find yourself loving others.

You go gal! Or You go guy!

cut portions, eat last meal before 6 pm, as the first guy said... and excersize. Motivation is the key. if u lose weight and u will want to keep it off. I have been fat for over 30years and when I lost 25 lbs, i felt sooooo ecstatic, and it was like no high I have ever felt b4. If u gain it back, it will be harder to lose, I know, I lost the 25 lbs and gained back 13. go figure!
