i need to lose 1 stone of weight i just cant seem to shift it am 10 stones at the moment and want to get down to 9 stone am going to the gym but what else can i do for the weight to come of nothing is working please help?

are you fat? if you are training regularly and are quite muscular there is one thing to remember musclle is heavier than fat, check your bmi if that is o.k then it looks like 10st is your natural weight if not then look to your diet, cut out all hard fats such as red meat, cheese, and other dairy produce eat fish and white meat instead and plenty fruit and veg it is also important how you cook your food never fry grill or steam instead, always have something for breakfast as this kickstarts your metabolism for the day and lastly don't snack, eat three healthy meals a day if you feel hungry in between meals eat fruit
