ive lost a good bit of weight and i want to change and tone up but i have no idea how much more i should lose to show clear signs of tone dif. was 182lbs and 139 lbs were i go from here?x

decreasing body fat = toning

for optimum health the goal should be a below average level of body fat for your age range

u need fat 2 tone up... ur body needs fat 2 tone... urll wanna go the gym 5 times a week adleast.. take pro mass, hypodextrin aka carbs and den u shud tone up.. and once u hit a high mass of muscle.. letts say 14 stone.. den go on runnin machines 2 burn of ya fat ;)

You are healthy weight now don't lose more. If you want to make muscles check my thread on weightlifting. Any comments would be appreciated as I will be adding more stuff to it. Tell me what you need info on and I will add it!
