HELP!!! The potatoes call for 350 degrees at 1 hour, but the oven is at 250 degrees. How long do I cook them?

Try 1 and 1/2 hour if the feel soft when you squeeze them then they are done if not cook for 30 more minutes.

Why is the oven at 250? Anywhoooo...if the oven is not warm enough, the potatoes will not cook properly regardless of how long you keep them in the oven. Perhaps you can par-cook them in the microwave?
