My son dresses himself. We live in Hawaii and it's at least 80 degrees today. He is wearing a pair of denim shorts and his Incredibles T-shirt from Disneyland. We're going to pick up his dad at the airport in a little while and then we'll eat at the picnic table on our lanai. Pretty typical Thanksgiving dinner, but nothing fancy. I think it's more fun that way.

we don't have Thanksgiving in Australia but for Christmas I like the kids to dress nice but it is hard to plan as we can have anything from cold weather to super hot. Due to bush fires last year mucking up the weather it snowed on the mountains.

Jeans, t-shirt, skater shoes, and a hoodie. She'll be outside playing with her cousin and his dog most of the day, no sense in her being all sissy-foo-fooed up all day instead of enjoying herself.

We do Thanksgiving on Friday in our family, and it's quite informal, with the focus on hanging out, and enjoying ourselves, instead of getting dressed up and being fancy.
