i used to have side bangs but they dont even look like them anymore cause theyre so long .. how can I cut them myself ?

never cut your own bangs

When your hair is dry cut them with a hair razor. I never get my bangs cut at the salon, I always do them myself and I use a razor.
Hold your bangs with your fingers so that they are straight and go from the end you want the shortest to the longest and with short up and down motions start razoring away.
If you feel up to the challenge try it, if you are nervous at all I'd go to the salon and get it done.

of course you can do it yourself. you don't just wait for your next hair appointment!
don't cut your hair when it is wet, because wet hair is longer and when it dries, your bangs will be too short. that said, get some scissors and cut diagonally, not straight across. cut in small bits until you are satisfied with the length.

DON'T do it yourself! Trust me, I did it and I cut them WAY too short.
Have someone who is really good with cutting hair do it for you.

You could try using a ruler or tape messurer. Or, just cut them off.

don't do it ur self i tried once and it was a disaster! trust me. go to a hair salon and show the stylist those photos

don't do it wet because they'll turn out shorter than you thought. just cut diagonally, and be careful.
