I decide what 'sins' I have committed (and I have committed a few) And I 'wash them away', by trying to learn from my mistakes or apologising to anyone who I my have upset. I don't need a god to do this. I and every other human being is quite capable of doing this by themselves. God is redundant.

I prefer to have my sins washed away by female deities. Like Aphrodite or Athena. It's so much more fun and I just don't feel all that clean after being washed in the blood of the lamb. It's kind of gross, actually.

5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,
6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.

If that's the criteria, then I'm a dirty, dirty old man.
You see, there is no god....ergo the unavoidable sin buildup.
I just use Zest because of the hard water where I live. You know, "it's cleaner than soap".
