I am assuming you haven't been hanging around with today's Christian's very much. We go to concerts and the christian music of today really rocks, we also have outings, camping, amusement parks, socials, family gatherings, we dance, we sing, and do all the things that glorify God. Some Christians do sell their houses and give to the ministry, many live in outreach homes for healing. Others share housing for affordability. God has called others to full time ministry and do give up their jobs knowing God will supply all their needs, and Party boy do we Party, our church rocks!! Live music, sharing of the word, dance, praise you could not find a better place to have fun than in church on Sunday mornings.

Mm, well Christians/Catholics were no fun in the past either. In fact they were cold blooded and heartless to their own and other people (research from 1500's to date).
2nd question - the end of the world didn't arrive (as you can see), so the party's over.
You take care.

You know, I'd even settle for the ones who /really/ believed and would burn people at the stake who didn't. At least they had a certain conviction about them. The ones today are kinda bland.

If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything. Truth is worth standing for. Heaven is real.....but Hell is just as real.
