the last 10 seconds would not be wasted praying to god(s)

It takes a certain amount of maturity and wisdom for someone to truly be religious. Something atheists do not have; they see only the small picture and never venture outside the box. They are denying themselves of any pleasure once dead. If you were a perfectly happy atheist here on earth, and you found out after you died that you did not believe His word, and you did not live up to His expectations, and therefore you would not be granted passage into His kingdom. You would be really angry with yourself. Full of regret. How ignorant (atheists) does one have to be to risk burning for all eternity, just so they can have an easier life here on earth?

I wouldn't pray to anyone. An atheist is an atheist. You don't suddenly change your mind and start believing in God in the last moments of your life. Just like Christians don't stop believing in God when they feel their ending is close.

None, but just for your sake I'll answer the question. I would probably pray to Jesus seeing how he's the most familiar to me and the one that offers the biggest reward in the end I guess. I think his deal is the best one to go with.

Hmmm... Before I was sure I wanted to be Atheist, I did bargain with God... But to tell the truth, I never kept my promise. I guess if I knew I only had 10 seconds to live... I would... make sure my pokemon cards go to the right person!

If you have 10 seconds to live, what would you be doing?

Most likely, you would be doing the same thing as now.

What make you think that you and the atheist differ regarding the last 10 seconds?

Theism and atheism are beliefs.

Answer: The atheist would remain faithful to his/her beliefs.

Why would we pray to god if we have no belief in gods? You seem a bit confused on the definition of an atheist.

I wouldn't waste my last few seconds on earth praying to an imaginary being. That's like praying to Snow White or one of the seven dwarfs!

I haven't prayed to a god most of my life, why would I pray to one if I only had ten seconds left? I got better things to do, babe.

That's the truth.

Ok
the point of Atheism is we dont beleive in God
if we are going to die and we actually do something as pointless with the rest of our lives at think at someone who isnt there then we obviously arent an Atheist and arent suited for answering this question
maybe you should have adressed this question to people who beleive themselves to be atheist

I definitely wouldn't waste my last ten seconds praying to any gods. That's just.. the biggest waste of the last ten seconds of life I can conceive of.
