Looking for picture used as display art in Michael's stores: field with trees. Anyone know name or a source?

It is in autumn colors. In the local store it is above the framing area, but not for sale. It is a field with trees along the edges and a fairly large round brown and gold one on the right side. I would appreciate it's name or the artist who did the original, or any source where I might be able to purchase a copy. Thanks!

You should ask them. The displays may be different in different stores and we don't know where you are.
