This is a very vague question, but I am a photography student and given my knowledge I will try my best.

Most of the time, blurry pictures are a result in not holding the camera steady enough. If this is a simple point-and-shoot digital camera (that you can purchase at a local retail store) more than likely your flash is turned off. With the flash on, it captures motion and there is no blurr. Using no flash allows natural lights to be captured in the photograph, and if the camera is being moved ever so slightly, it will blurr the picture.

What kinds of pictures are you taking? Most digital cameras have settings (auto, portrait, close-up, motion, dark light, scenery) and you can set your camera to these specific settings. Try having your camera on auto all the time and take a few pictures to see what happens. Also, try using all the different settings and see what turns out blurry and what doesn't.

I could go on and on about digital cameras, but I don't even know what kind of camera you have. More detail would be necessary to give you a decent answer, but for now that's the best I can do.

Good luck with your pictures, digital cameras can be alot of fun!

Probably because you have no idea how to use it. Time to READ & STUDY the Owner's Manual for your camera. It was not packed as filler material; its in there so you can learn to use the camera.
