Check the flash and the ISO speed settings on the camera. If the flash is turned off and you're taking pictures in low light, the camera may have a difficult time with focusing on your subject. You should set the flash to Auto and make sure it's not in Night mode. If the ISO speed is set too low, then it's easier to blur the photo if you move right after you snap the picture because the lower the ISO speed, the longer your shutter is open (to catch more light). Set the ISO speed to 200 which is right in the middle...most point-and-shoot camera's ISO range from 50 to 400.

(1) Wrong Aperture setting (2) Using bigger size of photo paper like 11x14 inches (3) Camera shaking (4) Hand shaking ,these are the problems which make the images so blur.

What type of camera is it?

What settings does the camera have in terms of different shooting modes?

Your problem would indicate to me that you are using a low shutter speed aligned to increased focul length or zoom.

Don't touch the camera when you are taking a picture. Setup the shot, set the self timer, and put it down on a table or something.

1.Your shutter speed is too slow and either you or your subject is moving.

2. Your camera is not focused.

Re-read the instructions carefully and keep trying.

Probably because your camera does not have OPTICAL IMAGE STABILIZATION. The shutter is faster, causing your camera to take pictures that are not blurry. It's great. It is great for freezing moments, not making them blurry.

Probably because you don't know how to use it. Time to READ & STUDY the Owner's Manual for your camera. It was not packed as filler material; its there so you can learn to use your camera.
